Tsuzumi

Tsuzumi, born and raised in Tokyo Japan, began to learn the piano at the age of 4. Two years later she attended Kunitachi Elementary School of Music Conservatory in Tokyo, where she was trained to play classical piano music. She continued to study the piano in the Conservatory for 15 years. At the age of 16, Tsuzumi also began to learn to play the bass guitar at the Music Conservatory.

Tsuzumi appreciates and believes in the power of music. She is very grateful that her parents took her to many concerts throughout her childhood because it inspired her to become a better musician. After completing her education at the Kunitachi School of Music, Tsuzumi moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams of becoming a performer and music instructor. She has toured in USA and Europe and has recorded with numerous musicians that she had dreamed about for more than eleven years.

Tsuzumi is very passionate and dedicated to her music and would love to share this passion with each of her students. Tsuzumi teaches the piano and bass guitar and her goal is to share her knowledge of music with her students, teach them the importance of music, and to enjoy music entirely. She is thrilled to be a part of The Royal Music Academy because this academy offers a fun environment for students of all ages to learn music.

Tsuzumi is able to teach in English and Japanese.
